If you have problems applying it to stable, I can provide modified files for SquirrelMail 1.4.4
If you use address book stored in data dir, make sure that $data_dir is save d with trailing slash. Issue is fixed in 1.4.5cvs and 1.5.1cvs
Thank you Tomas for the patches. I didn't apply the patches. I had to set a absolute path for the global address book in the configure menu (the help said relative path is fine).
