This is one of the messed-up messages (from the "wish list" thread). Your quoted text is there but not what you added. It's got to be a Gmail problem, but it only affects this list--I'm on quite a few others and haven't seen anything like this. Oddly, the missing text does show up in the excerpt that Gmail puts in the message listing. But it's not simply invisible; usually forwarding or replying will remove all formatting and make it all visible. Again, the only reason I'm bothering y'all with it is that this is the only list affected, so it must be some combination of Gmail flaws and some characteristic of this list. (And speaking of Gmail flaws, I can't get at the full headers because Gmail's charming "show original" link does nothing.)
