I have recently aquired a computer with no OS so I put Mandrake Linux 10.1. Apache appears to be loaded and running (went to http://127.0.0.1 and an Apache welcome screen appeared that looked like was from my /var/www/html/ folder). I would like to install SM, but I do not think that PHP is installed. I tried to run a script and Firefox asked if I wanted to save or open. I am new to Linux and am not sure what is involved with installing PHP and SM. Suggestions for versions of packages (Apache, PHP, mySQL, etc.) that should be installed would also be helpfull. If this is too far off topic, please reply to me me and not to the list. I appreciate any help that can be provided.
