A) set a default rule for all users? Like match [SPAM] and do XXXXXX with it? (I'm assuming I could just put it in the default preference files?)
using what plugin? if you use the "filters" plugin, then yes, that is how you'd do it
B) Is there a way to push this rule out to existing customers?

C) Is there a way to have Sm generate another mailbox? Like BULK or SPAM the first time the person connects?
