Check her filters or any global filters, including spam filtering, etc.

This is a problem with the reporting SMTP server and has nothing to do
with SquirrelMail.

This is also a "problem" with the reporting SMTP server.

> enabled"

If this is a message that is shown immediately after pressing send, you
have not correctly configured your SMTP settings in conf.pl, but you
provide no details about your system for us to suggest a solution.  Please
