Log with DEBUG_LOGIN=1

Please use level 2. Sometimes this is a problem with the password getting lost on all but the original login... something to do with broken sessions or the like. Your plugins look OK, but you might try commenting ALL of them out temporarily to make sure they are not causing any problems.

Sorry, there are some more details:

- Courier IMAP Server
- PHP 4.3.3
- Apache 2.0.48
- Suse Linux 9.0
- SquirrelMail 1.4.4

After trying to login there are the following records in the mail log

Mar  6 11:44:42 linux imapd: Connection, ip=[::1]
Mar 6 11:44:47 linux imapd: LOGIN FAILED, ip=[::1]
Mar  6 11:44:47 linux imapd: LOGOUT, ip=[::1]

It seems that the ip is missing.

This still isn't too helpful. Please list any plugins you are using. To get Courier to give more detailed info, turn on DEBUG_LOGIN in /usr/lib/courier-imap/etc/imapd

Cheers,

  Paul

Hello,
I can’t login to my Squirrel Mail any longer. Although the accounts work properly with
other webmailer and ms outlook. I’ve made
some changes in the php.ini for eGroupware, but unfortunately I can’t remember
the details. After that, squirrel mail says always
“wrong password or username". The configtest.php shows "Congratulations, your
SquirrelMail setup looks fine to me!" at the end of
the test.
What's the problem?

Without any more details, no one can tell you what's wrong. Error logs are the best place to start. See this for how to post more useful info:
