I'm not sure what you're trying to do, or what you're trying to fix, but this is likely to be a problem with setting up your mail server, which has very little to do with SquirrelMail, which is just a web client for your IMAP server. Do you even have IMAP running? The bounce you got below appears to indicate that you have failed to set up a postmaster@ address on your machine, which is a good idea.
