Of course, it would help if you had written in which file this happens.

Perhaps some plugins are not PHP5-compatible yet, such as one of mine, 
avelsieve. If you use that, you will have to do either one of the following:

- downgrade to PHP4
- disable plugin and wait for a new version
- write patch and submit it
