After I enabled the Shared ToDo List I tried to access the "ToDo" link and
was greeted with the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare delete_event() (previously declared in
/usr/share/squirrelmail/plugins/todo/todo_data.php:135) in
/usr/share/squirrelmail/plugins/calendar/backend_functions.php on line 404

Please search mailing lists before posting. A fix for this was posted maybe a month or so ago. You need to rename all offending functions, preferably in the TODO plugin since it is facing obsolescence.

It appears that Shared Calendars and Shared ToDo Lists are trying to use
and declare a delete_event function using the same function name. Is this
a known issue? Is there a patch? Were these two plugins designed not to
be used at the same time?

Obviously I'm in need of adding ToDo list functionality to my Calendar
features, is there a date that you can leak as to when the ToDo
functionality will be available in the Shared Calendar Plugin? Is this
even a feature that is coming to the Plugin or is it only being built into
the Calendar functionality of 1.5.x?

1.5.x calendar and shared calendar are the same. once shared calendar is moved into 1.5.x, i will cease development on the shared cal plugin.

i have no date for addition of TODOs, since I am pretty busy ATM.

Lots of question... I promise to be quiet after this. :-)

no problem. we like questions, as long as they aren't answered in the FAQ or in list archives. ;)
