I believe this option hides the "provider" link in the top right hand
corner of the message list (etc), and I think the version information
on the login page.

Under the development branch, it's under:

config/conf.pl

2.  Server Settings

SMTP Settings
-------------
4.   SMTP Server           : localhost
5.   SMTP Port             : 25
6.   POP before SMTP       : false
7.   SMTP Authentication   : none
8.   Secure SMTP (TLS)     : false
9.   Suppress SM header    : false

The option 9 allows you to hide them.
