The proxy servers work ok. These servers wait for an autentification request and get user information from our ldap catalog. They only accept TLS/SSL connections but use no encryption when they talk with the imap-servers so we do not waste CPU. These servers are in the samme subnett and this one is 'secure' ;). I do not work directly with the proxy part of the system but I know that they have not try imapproxy. The third level (imap-servers) is composed at the moment by three HP ProLiant DL580 servers. They run cyrus and are connected to an array of discs via dual FC-AL.
