Not really... at least not with SquirrelMail. Your underlying mail structure might allow it. If you are not the administrator of the server, you should direct your question to them, and they should be able to help you.
Although there are plugins that will allow you to set forward mail addresses on an individual basis if your underlying mail system supports that kind of plugin.
