I get the following error after I enable the mail_fwd plugin in
squirrelmail:

Can you set my head straight?
I'm running debian sarge, with squirrelmail 1.4.4 installed via apt
with mail_fwd manually installed (is there a debian package for it?).
Check permissions and ownership of the file
/path/to/squirrelmail/plugins/mail_fwd/setup.php
Your web server can't read it.
