The Calendar is the shared_calendars-2.0.1-1.4.0 with the calendar_sql_backend-1.1-2.0 as Mysql Backend.

The Problem that Calendar Setup of the Calendar

administration option

does not display anything neither when clicking on the Calendars button nor the Users Buttons.

Enable PHP error displays or install the debugger plugin or look at your logs. Read posting guidelines before posting.

Hrmph. This is actually a bug that I missed in the popup code, but it has nothing to do with your issue. The popup doesn't tell you about errors on the current page. It is only used for dumping session information. That is, clicking the "debug" link in the menu bar is not useful to you when trying to find PHP errors on the current page.

The PHP error log give only the same warnings .

Do you think that this problem is due to something concerning my PHP or my
Apache server ?

I don't know. So you get the main "calendar setup" menu with the calendars and users buttons but niether one of them works? When you click them, does the same page remain? Are there any javascript errors? Does a new page load that is totally blank? Did you try to view source on the resulting page? Do you have the SQL database set up for your calendars and the correct DSN? Did you try turning on $debug to see if that helps give any hints? In admin_options.php, you can start printing out debug info to see how far the code gets before dying:
   echo "hello";
Put that every couple lines until it doesn't get printed out.
