It is probably either in /var/www or /usr/local/apache/htdocs.  That
depends upon how you did your install.  Since you have a /var/www/manuals
it is probably safe to assume that it should be in /var/www.  Which file
you have also depends upon your install.  It is possible to install
without any index.html files at all in /var/www.  If you do not have any
index.html file at all in /var/www that is ok, simply create one.  vi
index.html and type in the code that I included previously.  Go to your
web browser and see what happens.  If you are not comfortable with vi use
nano or some other editor, that part doesn't really matter.
