'Folder list update forces message list update' is checked.
'Message list update forces folder list update' is checked.

If I select the trash folder and then purge the folder is purged but
are still visible on right-hand side :o(

I have just noticed it does seem to work the other way around though
so this is cool (never actually checked it this way before, sorry).
If I mark a message read/unread the folder listing is refreshed and
shows the change.
