Yes, I tried using $useDomainFromVirtDomainsArray, I've turned it on using $useDomainFromVirtDomainsArray = 1;
 here is my config.php

$virtualDomains = array(

//  NOTE: this is a global virtual domain example:
      'info.com.ph' => array(
          'org_title'  => '"Your mail"',
          'motd'       => 'Welcome to SquirrelMail!',
//  NOTE: you can use the virtual domain's name in any
//        of these settings, like this:
//         'org_logo'   => '../images/###VIRTUAL_DOMAIN###_logo.jpg',
          'org_name'   => 'info.com.ph',
      ),

I also tried

$virtualDomains = array(

//  NOTE: this is a global virtual domain example:
      '*' => array(
          'org_title'  => '"Your mail"',
          'motd'       => 'Welcome to SquirrelMail!',
//  NOTE: you can use the virtual domain's name in any
//        of these settings, like this:
//         'org_logo'   => '../images/###VIRTUAL_DOMAIN###_logo.jpg',
          'org_name'   => 'info.com.ph',
      ),
any ideas?

What format are your IMAP usernames in? Did you try my suggestion?
Please do so since I have no other suggestions until you take the advice
already given.
