Note that the phrase "user's home directory" is very flexible and with
Courier IMAP and a valid backend (SQL, LDAP, userdb) can also be set for
virtual users (i.e. [EMAIL PROTECTED]) and POSIX users with a virtual mail
hierarchy owner (i.e. vmail) and no login directory or shell.
