  Maybe you should address your issue with the "jackass" at FBX. We do
  not know who FBX is, who they are, the services they offer, or what
  kind of setup they have. SquirrelMail is an open source web mail
  application, available for anybody to download for free, and use as
  they see fit. We do not track who has the software installed, and we
  do not run any installations.

  With that said, in future, I suggest using a more polite tone when
  asking for assistance. Especially, as we at SquirrelMail.org, do not
  get paid to write the software, neither do we get paid to support
  it, and deal with people like you.

  And on to a nice note, if you don't have "Purge" or "Empty" next to
  the Trash folder, it means that your account hasn't been told that
  the folder is a trash folder. Simply go to Options | Folder
  Preferences, and under the Trash section, make sure you select the
  Trash folder. When you save, and refresh the folder list, you should
  see the link on the left.
