if you use apache v.1.3.x, check if /etc/squirrelmail/apache.conf is
loaded by apache and restart apache

if you use apache2 - copy /etc/squirrelmail/apache.conf to
/etc/apache2/conf.d/ and restart apache.

/etc/squirrelmail/apache.conf installs global /squirrelmail alias.
