array keys are unique. If you do ------ $languages['en_US']['CHARSET'] = 'Big5'; $languages['en_US']['CHARSET'] = 'HZ'; $languages['en_US']['CHARSET'] = 'GB2312'; $languages['en_US']['CHARSET'] = 'GB18030'; ------ it is same thing as doing ------ $languages['en_US']['CHARSET'] = 'GB18030'; ------ Only last line of code is applied. GB18030 is not supported by PHP mbstring extension. SquirrelMail 1.4.6cvs can't calculate gb18030 character length. If you are planning to use Chinese letters in message subject, get 1.4.6cvs, make sure that you have php with mbstring and recode or iconv extensions, install extra decoding library and use utf-8 character set. If you don't want to modify functions/i18n.php file, use custom_charset plugin. -- Tomas ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
