will find a field such as the following:

Please feel free to use either of the above. Note that in either case, you will usually
receive a confirmation message, which you *must* reply in order to complete the request.
This prevents anyone changing your subscription without your permission.
Please don't expect list administrators to manage your subscriptions for you. While they
might be kind enough to honour your request, they might not even have seen it yet. Better
to unsubscribe yourself, which you can do in precisely the same way as you
subscribed.
