[SM-USERS] address book extension with mysql backend

Hi all,

I have search through the list for this option. Yes found a couple mail discussion regarding the subject but not one refer me to the correct pointer.
So I will try it again to ask whether somebody has any result to extend the DB field with e.g. phone, company etc rather than the default name and email address field..

I have though seen the response from Tomas Kuliavas to somebody that he can refer to which file needs to be changed etc..But this is not public seen.
So can somebody share his/her experience with me?
