you are not using ldapquery v.2.0 or you have modified plugin files.
ldapquery v.2.0 plugin does not use relative paths and loads validate.php
with "include_once (SM_PATH . 'include/validate.php');" call.
Don't modify plugin files or provide information about any modification
made in plugin.
