You should instead be looking at MySQL logs.  Make sure your username
"dbmail" with password "731007qwerty" has been granted enough permission
to log in from localhost to database "dbmail".  You can test by logging in
from the command line on the same machine.

$ mysql -u dbmail -p dbmail
<enter password when prompted>
