1. Contact Microsoft and explain them that ISO-8859-1 character set is not
Windows-1252. Their email client lies about used character set. Strange to
see such issue in program that is sold for 300 and more USD.

2. Install SquirrelMail RPM package. It should be available on your fedora
cds.
