diff file is not encrypted. It contains readable data.

Plus shows added lines, minus - removed lines. Other lines show location
of changed code.

disable_cache.diff shows that you should add one line in
src/move_messages.php file and modify one line in right_main.php.

move_messages.php changes fix caching issues with some mailbox listing
situations after message is moved, flagged or deleted.

right_main.php changes fix incorrect logic of message listing. In some
cases Toggle All link can break message listing.

Please understand that I can't support PHP installation with basic
functions that don't follow manual. PHP 4.4.1 is broken. Please make sure
that you can reproduce your issues in any other php version. Even if you
can't install php on that server, you can install basic apache+php install
on any other machine, add SquirrelMail and point it at imap server on
first system. If issue can't be reproduced in other php version, I'll
blame php.
