Folks,

Some of us are working at customer sites where we can only gain access to
company mail via a web interface. In such a situation the canned 15 minute
timeout is not only inadequate, but a pain in the keester. Example, I was
composing a lengthy E-mail response to a query this AM and mid composition,
the timeout zapped me. I lost 3/4 of what I'd composed. If there's some
way to change the timeout interval so that I can keep the session open long
enough for it to be useful I'd sure love to know about it. As is, it's a
very painful substitute for a non-web IMAP client...which we're not allowed
to set up. Appreciate any help you can render.

Thanx and regards,
