PHP 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 fixed handling of curly brackets. SquirrelMail
sqimap_append() used them incorrectly and broke.

Upgrade to 1.4.6-rc1. There is more than one php 5.0.5+ fatal error in
SquirrelMail 1.4.5.
