Try reading back over the users and plugins archive as I believe there has been some discussion recently about this particular plugin. Also, check your web server log files (both access, and error logs). If you do not see anything, check your php.ini file, and make sure error_reporting is enabled (try setting to E_ALL and restarting your web server).
