I had tried that but that will not show shared folders. At least not
couriers virtual folders, which is what I am using.
I did do a really quick and ugly hack to the sourcecode which does seem to
work. Because just me and another person are using shared folders on my
server, I haven't really given it anymore attention than that.
I attached the altered file imap_mailbox.php. Haven't got a copy of the
original squirrelmail imap_mailbox.php handy, so can't make a diff. With
this it works with courier imap and virtual shared folders. Don't know if
it works with file permission based shared folders or with cyrus & co.

When I find time I'll cleanup the code changes and make them a bit more
professional looking :-)

If anyone feels like tweaking them, that be great.

If you want to use the useracl plugin you also have to do some minor
changes to work with courier. I have also attached those files. Sorry that
they're not diffs.

I hope I didn't forgett any other file I might have altered for shared
folders support.
