Actually, no. Many improvements could be made now just by avoiding fixed
widths and tables. The work involved is relatively minor, but it requires
people who code HTML, as I do, using better structure with DIVs and other
elements rather than fixed-width tables. That allows them to flexibly
adapt to any screen, and allows users to style them more readily to alter
both layout and formatting.
