SquirrelMail is free webmail interface. It can be used by any webmail service provider. SquirrelMail project does not provide webmail services. I suspect that you have contacted wrong people. macmail.com uses SquirrelMail, but SquirrelMail developers don't have any information about email setup used on macmail.com and can't help you to recover your emails.
