I modified
"upload_max_filesize = 2M" ->
"upload_max_filesize = 10M"
"memory_limit = 8M" ->
"memory_limit = 20M"
"post_max_size = 8M" ->
"post_max_size = 10M"
in /etc/php4/apache2/php.ini (-> DEBIAN). May be, that's the same in php5.
