[SM-USERS] Permission problems for root

I'm using sendmail, cyrus and sm.  Everything works great for our 1300+ users, however, root can't delete mail from sm.  The error displayed is a non-specific permissions error -- I don't know what on, or what the problem is.

Any ideas what this would be caused by?  Is there a comprehensive list someplace of the folders SM and/or the IMAP server need permission for?
