Options -> Personal Information -> Edit Advanced Identities.

Put in as many different name/e-mail address/signature tuples as you
want.  When composing/replying/forwarding messages, you'll get a
drop-down list of your identities above the headers.  Just select the
one you want.

This has been in SM since around the 1.2 days.
