This crops up from time to time, and the cause of from an
environmental variable detection going a little bit astray. Check out
functions/strings.php in the function get_location(), there is a line
that starts $getEnv = getenv('HTTPS'); Simply put // in front of that
line, and see if your problem persists. A fix for this issue is in
stable at the moment, and allows the administrator to hard code a URL
for the site.
