Yes, me. :)

The ManageSieve client in the devel version, and IIRC in the stable
version as well, can handle the Referrals just fine.

Also, if you have a somewhat recent version of Cyrus 2.3.7+CVS,
timsieved will be able to proxy the connection, if the ManageSieve
client cannot handle referrals.

It *should* work, but if it doesn't, please give me a heads up. Have you
tested it yourself?
