Hy Paul,
I find the problem. The problem it was the PHP version. I had installed the
4.3.11 Version, then i try install the 4.3.9 version and itś work. I don't
believe this.

Or the OP clicked "Browse" to find the file but never clicked the
"Add" button to actually attach it to the mail. We can't really tell
what the problem is without more detailed information from the mail
log from when the mail was sent.
