After clicking on "Send" you are being redirected to wrong url.

Check url of right frame with error message. Mozilla can show page
information for top frameset page and all opened frames. If hostname is
different, code failed to detect correct SquirrelMail location.

If URL matches standard working SquirrelMail right frame url - try
refreshing that frame. If refresh helps, something is wrong with session
saving and reading in PHP or something breaks SquirrelMail session setup
calls.
