SquirrelMail scripts must be fixed. If you want workaround for SquirrelMail that does not involve fixing PHP scripts - test 64bit netbsd. I think PHP_INT_MAX is higher on 64bit systems, but I can't test it right now. You need only webserver and php for testing. User data and original server can remain untouched. Fixing PHP scripts is easier.
