The description of the bug:
--Under the folders heading on the left, the last refresh time is 5 hours
ahead of my time. I am in New York and have verified both my server and
client workstation have the correct time and timezone. It appears that
the time in SquirrelMail is using perhaps GMT time.
I can reproduce the bug by:
--Just look on left bar in SquirrelMail.
