Squirrelmail IS contacting sendmail. I was already sure about that.
Ofcourse I changed flags - to no avail.
At first sight it seems to work. No error messages, no logs. Just nothing.
That's why I posted this problem.
But I already solved it. As I can't get sendmail to work, I use the local
mail server instead. That implies a potentional security risk, but it seems
there is no other way. I would have preferred to use sendmail.
Any contribution to use sendmail is welcome. But at least it works for now.
