Thanks Paul, I have this plugin installed and enabled via conf.pl but no
luck. I also do not have the flag/unflag buttons in GUI. All the other
plugins work when I enable them. I checked config.php and 'msg_flags' is
enabled. I reinstalled the plugin with the latest version to see if this would
help but no luck here either. Any ideas of what could be happening?
