Enable SquirrelMail info plugin and run Test 0 and Test 6 on mailbox with
broken emails.

My test email has
From: =?utf-8?B?UmlrYXJkIMOFc2x1bmQgVHLDtmdlcg==?= <[email protected]>

DBMail returns
From: "Rikard =?iso-8859-1?q?=C5slund_Tr=F6ger=22?= <[email protected]>

Returned address headers don't follow RFC2822
(http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2822.txt) specification. It is not atom text and
not quoted string.
