I am setting up a new web/email server. Rocky Linux 9 using apache, postfix,
dovecot, and rspamd.
Grabbed the latest Stable version snapshots (1.4.23-svn) yesterday.
I am trying to complete the squirrelmail install but right now I'm stuck here:
SquirrelMail configtest
This script will try to check some aspects of your SquirrelMail configuration
and point you to errors whereever it can find them. You need
to go run conf.pl in the config/ directory first before you run this script.

NOTE: I obfuscated my internal ip network addresses above...
I can't find anything wrong with my postfix config, telnet works just fine on
port 25.
I currently have selinux in 'permissive' mode as in 'Enforcing' mode I was not
able to write to the attachment directory (maybe I have a
bigger issue here).
Could I need to adjust the firewall rules??
Any assistance very much appreciated.
