I've encountered the same thing with one of my implementations after I'd
upgraded to 0.31.0.  The only real info I have is the same as Lars:

[Fri Feb 23 17:49:31 2001] [error] [client <ip here>] Premature end of
script headers: /var/www/cgi-bin/webmail

It only occurs on shared folders, and shared folders are available via IMAP.
Definately looks like sqwebmail to me.

I've recompiled a few times, and am about to try sqwebmail 1.2.5 instead of
what comes bundled with courier 0.31.0 (not sure if there's even a
difference).

If there's anything more I can do, just ask.
