Thanks for your response. No luck though. I have account A and account B, 
both sqwebmail accounts with encryption enabled through the the webpgp 
script. Both accounts have created keys. I create a message with account A, 
go to the attachments interface, select attach public key (and the yes I'm 
sure box) and click send. Message shows up in account B with a decrypt 
verify dialog and the download/display signature boxes. Yet I'm not seeing 
an obvious way to import the key, nor do I see, strictly speaking, a key 
attachment...

I'm sure I'm missing something blindingly stupid. What is it?
