I was playing with FastCGI a long while ago, and couldn't get dynamic
mode working with Sqwebmail (segfaults), static mode didn't show any
improvement in my tests. I didn't try to separate servers though.

What I want to see eventually out there is something like Sqwebmail
written as a state-threaded server or a Tux module, to be able to
handle tens of thousands of concurrent users on a single box.
