If you configured GnuPG correctly, you do not need to do anything from the 
command line. 

Your only requirement is that you have to have gpg in the default PATH, when 
compiling sqwebmail, so that it knows where to find it, and to run the 
webgpg script on the maildir account. 

If everything is done correctly, sqwebmail will show a new "encryption" 
option on the left-hand side menu, which will allow you to create and manage 
keypairs.  sqwebmail will also be able to sign and encrypt outgoing mail, 
export keys, import keys, and decrypt, verify signed mail.
